Eh, Polycarp…he seems okay…for Catholic Lite 
Polycarp is a wonderful example of a human being. One of the most telling examples about how well-regarded and mild in temperament he is happened when he Pitted a poster here for comments made in one thread. The number of comments in that thread to the effect of “Polycarp Pitted someone? :eek:” was astounding.
In addition, he’s funny, and his posts are invariably well thought out, well written, and interesting to read.
:eek: Holy cow… I hope this idea doesn’t catch on - What would I owe him, considering he got me a job?!?
Seriously, anything that I’d owe him is beyond my ability to repay in this lifetime. He’s become a friend to me and my family as well, even coming to witness little Tygr Cub’s baptism. Considering that we only live a stone’s throw away, I’m truly sorry we haven’t been able to get together more often.
