ok I am not circumsized. Now there is a piece of skin that would keep my foreskin from retracting completely. Well that piece of skin has torn. Yes it was painful. Yes it did bleed a bit. My question is is this a bad thing? It doesn’t hurt too much now. Should I see a doctor? It’s really a rather small piece of skin. Is this normal, or am I a freak?

I think the little piece of skin you’re talking about is called the MEATUS, a.k.a. the FRENULUM. The best advice I can give you is put some neosporin on it, or mabe some medication for cancer sores.

Actually, Insanity, we’re staring at you because circumcision has been a rather hot topic in the past. If you would’ve posted this a few months ago, a certain Jack Dean Tyler would start preaching that your life is much worse because of your circumcision, if he hadn’t have been banned long ago.

InsanityIncarnate’s problem could actually be used as anti-JDT evidence, since it is a disadvantage about being circumcised. Most people who are circumcised lose their frenulum in the process.
I don’t know how normal this is, but it shouldn’t be anything you need to worry about it (although, it should be noted that, despite my user name, IANAD). Treat it like all cuts of similar size: keep it clean and covered. It should heal on it’s own.
I’ve heard the term “self abuse” but dude that brutal!! 
Just kidding. I think you’ll be alright, it sound similar to what happened to my nephew when his (no 100% complete) circumcision healed wrong. The doctor grabbed the skin of his penis and YANKED it down. He was 3… we got the excruciating details from him for months afterwards… as did everyone he ran into.
“frenulum” is the right word. A “meatus” is an opening in the body like your ear canal. Of course, there IS one of those on the penis, but it’s located somewhat higher than the frenulum.
Funny, but I was actually thinking about that piece of skin and what it’s name was yesterday, and it’s not an every day thing for me
I’ve noticed it tends to cause me a few uncomfortable seconds if I’m not careful during sex, not exactly sure how, but that’s where the pain is located. Should I have mine snipped so I can carelessly stick it in any orafice?
