It’s official now. Hockey Monkey and the **LabRat ** are going to try the dating thing again. :::happy dancing all over the place::: He got back from DC today and we got off the phone a little while ago. He said he was hoping I would give him another opportunity, and that no one else had my “cool factor”! WOW! No one has ever told me I had a cool factor. I won’t see him in person again until he gets back from New Orleans next weekend. He wants to take things slow, and his work schedule is most accomodating for that! Slow it is! And I am perfectly OK with that. I already cancelled my eHarmony account, and set OKC to “seeing someone”. 
and - five or six years from now, you’ll marry - a few years after that you’ll make little MonkeyRats

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts and hugs. I’ve been suffering with depression for seventeen years, though these last ten have been without medication, and controlled through diet. So seeing her not being able to handle it, and to just go through it brings it all back for me. We’re taking it one day at a time.

Today was a good day! There was a snow day, and I figure it will be the last, so we headed over to my mom’s house and went sledding and built a snowman. The Little Guy lasted about an hour and a half, Nikki three hours, and the Oldest four hours. I believe we’re all going to sleep well tonight.

I am done with jury duty (at least for another year). Thank goodness.
I went to work today and spent the day trying to catch up, but there’s still much more to be done.
Tomorrow, instead of going to work at the Army Hospital, I’m supposed to go to the local Air Force Base and participate in Yellow Belt training and a sim for Lean Six Sigma. Yeah, joy. :rolleyes: That’s just another day that I’m behind.
Tonight I went to the Y to work out, but Christ alive I was really having a hard time tonight. I did try to eat more today, but, well let’s just say the bit of soup I had for lunch didn’t stay in me long. I tried to eat a little dinner too, but my stomach and the dinner are really battling it out right now.
I did manage to do a little over three miles around the track, about 60 percent of that running, the rest walking. I also worked out on the recumbent cross trainer and some sort of ab machine.
The slacks I wore to work today are definitely getting too big. I had to keep hiking them up because the damn crotch area was hanging way too low. I think just a couple more pounds and maybe another inch off my ass and thighs and I’ll be able to wear the smaller pants I have in my closet.
Your home looks very nice, taxi. Is that color in your bathroom a shade of paprika? I like it.
