I’m showered and ready for bed. I had some oranges and I made some cucumber salad for lunches. I’m pooped, and I’ll be heading back to watch TV under the covers.

There was a contest and no one told me?
I am amazed I made it home safely - I am convinced I sleep-drove. I pulled into my driveway about 7:15 and said “ah, a good long sleep before tomorrow’s Rituxan gig” - and now? I am f&8#^$king wide awake!!! grrrrrr.
Uh oh. On my way home I stopped at the store for a couple of small things.
Some local Girl Scouts were packing it in for the day, but they told me they’d be back at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon. This means I will have cookies! I am so going back over to get some from them. I sold too many of the things to not buy now, and besides, they’re goooood.
I was beginning to wonder when the local sales would happen. Now I know. Yay!
Evenin’ Y’all! I have had two hyuuuuuuuuge meals today. Brunch at church then some nummy sketties and meatballs at a friend’s house for dindin. I am a stuffed bear!
Hee! There’s this electronic billboard on the way to said friend’s house. Today it flashed an ad for ACC Used Cars. The sign said, “Visit our website at accusedcars.com.” Accused cars. HAR! Somebody shoulda thunk that one out a little more. Ol’ y’all know who and me giggled all the way to friend’s house.

I’ve been too busy to post, it seems. I’m trying to catch up before I have to do it all on the sly at work tomorrow.
Friday I was working. Saturday I was, uh, oh yeah - washing tons of clothes and running errands. I even changed the sheets! Go me! Today I was doing taxes for us and for my computer-less son. We’re getting an awesome refund! I need to change our withholding, it seems. He’s getting a little refund, too.
I grocery-shopped and made a lasagna today for dinner. I’m still stuffed, and dinner was an hour ago.
In other news - thanks for the compliments on the house stuff! Mr Rebo got a majority of the front of the house painted and it looks simply fabulous! I’ll try to post more pics later in the week.
So now I’ll try to go read three days of posts… Jeez!
pps - It is so nice out! It’s about 70° and breezy - I have the house open and I’m listening to the wind.

I’m glad that my pics were well received. FCM that was the pretty, big flake fluffy snow. It’s all gone now, and it’s all soggy, wet and icy out. The temp is 36F, and it’s supposed to stay in the mid to upper 30’s all week. This is the season we call Mud!
Mama Tigs no, Satine has two dark brown eyes, it was just a reflection from the flash, and I even tried to fix it, but I can’t manipulate my photos much. Yet! As for the spruce, well, I come from Washington, the Evergreen State, and I miss the variety of evergreens there. Cedar and hemlock and fir, lots more. Here we have…spruce. If I am correct approximately 30% of the entire island has spruce, and when one flies the leading edge of the spreading forest is very easy to mark. Most of Kodiak is more tundra/muskeg type land, only this end has a lot of spruce. (end of history lesson) Has it really been a year since you knee? I’m very glad that it’s working so well for you. I am also slightly disturbed that the time has gone by so quickly.
Hi HRH! That’s so cute Dotty, my granddaughter has begun to participate in email from her mother to me, I love it! I have a few new photos of my Pretty L’il Miss, probably won’t get them here until next week though.
I purged a box of stuff, and I have two more to finish before bed. Tonight’s dinner will shortly be eaten, ham, mashed sweet N.O.T.'s, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, (I like 'em!), and biscuits. I’m gonna pop a cherry pie in when the ham comes out, and later skiffman and the teens will love me again. Yes, there will be french vanilla ice cream for the warm pie. Today was chore day and I must lull them into a food drugged stupor else they will hurt me in my sleep!
