Just got my tickets this morning to see the San Francsico show - It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is doing live performances of “The Nightman Cometh” (I’m assuming it will be an expanded performance; otherwise it would only be 15 minutes long). I’m pretty excited to see what it will be like - anybody else going or heard anything about it?
Damn! I wish I’d heard about this yesterday. The tickets for the Philadelphia show went on sale at 10am this morning, and are already sold out. The only tickets left are ones that are being scalped.
You know, if they’re going to travel all the way to the left coast you’d think that they could stop SOMEWHERE in the middle.
Kansas City maybe?
Please?
Yeah, it looks like it’s a pretty short tour, and they’re ignoring the fly-over states. Tickets sold out for the SF show already, too, Lightnin’.
So, given that they reran “The Nightman Cometh” last night–did anyone see it live? For a musical that’s at best 12 minutes long on TV, what was the running time of the live show? And any reason we haven’t started a thread on the new season yet?
woodstockybird just saw it Thursday, I thought. In fact I assumed it would be him bumping the thread to report back.
