Yeah, I know.
I’d just like to add that those were the biggest damn snowflakes I’ve seen in my life. It looked like white potato chips were falling from the sky.
Mmmm…meteorological potato chips…
Dammit, now I’m hungry. shakes fish at Hal
Saskatchewan is warming up! I even celebrate the rain, though with all the melting going on its going to be wet for a while.
It looks like we got it the other side of the mountains, too. I was lucky. I woke up to just a bit of ice on my car, but when I got to work, I noticed some coworkers had a good half inch or so of snow on their cars, and that was what was left after they drove in!
I could have sworn the calendar said it was April.

BAH! Back in 1990 parts of the Jersey Shore got 10" of snow on or about April 10th. And Philly got 3-5".
But, cripes, when driving to work today, the rain was really really loud, then visibility got a lot worse and the rain was really really quiet…because it was friggin snow! A virtual white out!
I live in Gloucester County NJ and commute to the Philly Airport Area.
More than just sticking, less than piling up. I’d say we’ve got a couple inches in the ground at this point. Color me annoyed.
So am I the only one tracking the snow in my minds interactive tri-state area map?
It is now sunny in Middlesex county.
It was sunny an hour ago. Now we’ve got horizontal snow.
Sun is also back in Morris. I haven’t been informed of a snow cessation in Bergen yet, though.
At 12:51, it’s blowin’ flurries and 35° in the lower Hudson Valley.
3 days ago it was 60something° and sunny. Either this is a sign of the endtimes or April has once again arrived in the Northeast.
So when are we gonna see you at a Philly Doper Dinner?
How long have you lived in PA? Late March/early April is the time of year when Pennsylvanians go out on their stoops and porches, look up to the sky, and scream, “PICK A SEASON, DAMMIT!”
When it snows in April!
I do need to keep up on such things. I thought maybe I waited so long as to not be part of the SDMB Philly clique (click?).
I will make an effort!
You’ll be astonished at what a lame clique we are. Easy to break into – the only question is, do you want to?
