Dammit, I’m counting on you people! What am I eating for dinner tonight? 
My pretty little Pretzel python shed his/her skin, and for the very first time, the shed came off all in one piece (like removing a glove) instead of in bits and pieces (like a peeling sunburn). I was so absurdly proud, I had an impulse to offer a kitteh treat.

You should save that shed skin. It’s rare for any snake to shed a whole sleeve like that.
As for dinner, I suggest food.
I like chicken boobies topped with s few onion strips, a few green pepper strips and some tomato puree, include some garlic and Italian spices
Bake until done then melt some mozzarella on top.
You can eat it over pasta, over rice or on a sub/kaiser roll
Could we not discuss food right after snake skin shedding?

I’ve got ten degrees enveloping my yard, plus wind, so it’s unpleasant out there. I had considered doing a dump run today, but now I’m thinking it may wait. Except tomorrow, **FCD **is getting a load of aluminum scrap from work, so he’ll need the truck, and we won’t have it emptied by Sat… I guess I should layer up and haul it all today. Dammit. It’s supposed to be sunny this morning, so I’ll take care of it before lunch. Dammit.
Bizarro dream last night - I’d decided to get a food cart and sell steak tartare. Because there’s such a demand for raw ground beef topped with a raw egg… I don’t know if it’s more bizarre that I’d choose to sell that particular dish or that I’d want to be in the food biz at all!
On the non-bizarro side - it’s FCD’s payday, so yay for that! Especially since he’s about to buy all that aluminum…

I was going to talk to my not-so-secret admirer last night at a party, but neither of us ended up going to the party, so it’ll have to wait until Friday, if I can be brave enough.
Drinking a Dr Pepper in the morning because I’m too lazy/busy to go out for coffee.
There is much work to do today.
Lucky me - I get to dig out the trailer so **FCD **can take it tomorrow to pick up the aluminum Woohoo!! After I get back from my trash run, I’ll have to figure out how much I need to dig. Not my idea of a good time, I tells ya…

Crazy busy day with irk, erranding, and a test in class. Also still groggy from that stupid allergy pill last night.

I’m showered and dressed. I’ve gathered the household garbage. The convenience center doesn’t open till 9:30, so I won’t start loading the truck till 9:15. Then when I get home, I need to decide whether to shovel from the front gate or the back. What a pain, either way…

It’s freakin’ cold. However, the sun is shining.
I finally saw my neighbor this morning, I heard something in my hall and when I got up to check I saw her leaving her house. I wish Sah-son had shoveled the walk, there isn’t much but what there is is on the steps.
I hope she isn’t upset with me for trying to track her down to tell her about the broken window.
Sorry Flytrap I wasn’t thinking about the snake when I talked food. Snakes creep me out so I kind of skip that part. I let Sah-son have two pet snakes when he was a kid, it was hard but I let him. He eventually lost interest so after one of them died we took the other one down to the woods and let him go. Native species so no harm done.
When I lived in the country we had a lot of snakes, even one in the house. Totally flipped me out to see a snake crawling across my living room floor.
I don’t think any of our 6 pythons ever shed a skin whole- they always seem to be bitty (unlike the corn snake, which always did a one piece shed). Good little Pretzel, have an internet snake treat.
The weather’s gone yuck again. Oh well. It’s not too cold, just wet and windy. I feel like doing something with the day, but I have no clue what.
Just back from the convenience center - it’s COLD out there, and the windchill is about 2°. The nice, fluffy snow we shoveled the other day has compacted and formed a crust, and **FCD **wants me to clear the way for the trailer to get out. I’m thinking he’s out of his gourd.
Several stretches of road along the way were snow-covered because of blowing drifts. I had to slow way down - the road was narrow and being stuck in a ditch would require a tow truck… and I didn’t have my phone. I’m glad to be home and warm. Waiting to hear from **FCD **about the trailer. It’s supposed to rain Saturday into Sunday, which should clear a good bit of snow, right? Plus Sunday is supposed to be near 50°. Anyway, we’ll see…

No – it used a slovak ---- snakes hate stereotyping. 
Up and thinking about what I want for lunch/dinner today. Think I may get fancy and leave the leftovers for the Old Wench. Think I may also do something I’ve never done before – start the car and then come back inside for a coffee and let it warm up. Its so cold here even the shifter feels sluggish.
We had fog so thick this morning that it looked like snow flurries and the sidewalk was damp. :eek:
And I’m still grumpy about how Hershey is working to keep good chocolate out of the US.
