Went back to the hospital last night, and while I’m effaced at about 50%, I’m not dilated any more than I was. So, tomorrow, Airman, my OB and I are discussing interventions. It seems that my cervix is a bit stubborn.

OK, guys, this time it’s for real. Honest.
Robin is right now, as I type this, in the hospital. She’s getting some sleep while the stuff they gave her to induce the birth is doing its job.
I, currently, am getting some stuff that she needs while she’s asleep, trying not to be nervous, hopelessly giving up on the concept of sleep for a while, and chain smoking, which I gave up until now, when I’m so nervous it’s all I can do to occupy myself.
I can say with reasonble certainty that the baby will be born tomorrow, by hook or by crook, because she ain’t leavin’ that thar hospital without a baby.
So, that’s your update. Aaron is soon to emerge, and my life will never be the same. 
And as the Scourge of the Dope makes his grand entrance…be warned. If he takes after either Robin or myself, he’s gonna be a handful.
