Well, it would have helped if the previous posters had used the right name: Bailey Quarters.
Bailey Quarters, played by Jan Smithers on WKRP in Cincinnati has a special place in the hearts of many men who prefer her shy wholesomeness over the more blatant “sexuality” of Loni Anderson’s character, Jennifer Whatshername. (Which should give you some idea on which side of the debate I stand.)
