I went to the music store, but they’d already sold the clarinet that I’d wanted and that I’d saved up for. 
Oh well. Maybe another one will turn up one day.

Just bought tickets to Paula Poundstone’s show in Annapolis on Nov 15. You’d think ordering this early we’d get the best seats. Not hardly… But we’ve got better seats than we had last year, so there’s that. And she’s hilarious, so yay!! I do love that they charge an additional $13 for the privilege of printing your own ticket. If you order Will Call, you pay the $13, plus a $7 Will Call Charge. One way or another, they screw ya…
RED 2 was pretty good, but not as good as the first. The theater is WONDERFUL!! We got recliners - electrically adjustable recliners! Very nice. Very comfy. But also very chilly - next time, long pants and a sweater.
Laundry is in, supper is planned - now I need to cook it. Always something…
Maybe an even betterer clarinet will show up Midget. One that gives you the power to charm rats or something.
I’m supposed to be borrowing a table off someone to do a car boot sale this weekend- he said he’d call round on his way back from town later, but the time he gave me was very vague, and might wind up being late. Really hope it’s not, I can barely keep my eyes open already- which is pathetic, 'cos it’s only 9.30. I don’t think I slept at all last night. yaaaawn

I’m just getting over my 40th high school reunion, held last weekend. I don’t feel any different than I did, or rather, I didn’t notice the change. And what were people who look like my parents doing at the reunion? Shouldn’t we all still recognize each other?

So dindin plans have changed. Seems OYKW has a gnawin’ and a cravin’ for pizza from of all places Domino’s that just won’t quit. Oh well, he’s orderin’, pickin’ it up, payin’ for it and bringin’ it so who am I to complan.

Howdy all, happy Hump Day! Belated happy birthday to Swampy, and a happy day today to BBBBBobbio. Taters, your daughter looked beautiful on her wedding day, glad to hear that everything went smoothly. 
Apes, baby Celeste looked wonderful in her blessing gown, really glad that all worked out, btw. She’s definitely a cutie patootie, loved your little convo with her. Babies seem to love high and squeaky voice.
So glad tomorrow is the first of the month! Most important day to a retiree, let me tell ya. 
We are having beef stew tonight, but tomorrow - pizza and chicken wings!
Well, guess that’s about all for now. I am still around, lurking mostly, I just don’t have too much to say LOL - look at my post count, and that’s over nearly 12 years!!! Ah well! Everyone bee good.

Supper was very yum - chickie, green beans, onions, mushrooms all cooked in sesame oil and teriyaki, plus cauliflower and smashed N.O.T.s on the side. We’s both stuffded!!
I foresee much knittage tonight. I’m working on a scarf to go with the hat I finished yesterday.
Thing is we remember you very well. Obviously quality trumps quantity.
Eta; btw we had pizza n wings last night. It was finger lickin’ good.

My dear daughter lost her first teeth today. The two bottom on the front! She used her seatbelt by sticking it behind her bottom teeth and having her brother yank on it. No one ever said my kids weren’t creative lol!
