Is a Saturday an option? I work Fridays and then would have a 2-3 hour drive to get there.
Would more people be comfortable with Saturday? Is there anyone who CAN’T make it on a Saturday?

I don’t think Saturday has been taken off the table, no. I think we’ve all been leaning toward Fridays because that was the first thing someone preferred.
So, let’s look at this, and get some people to say what dates they’re actually available.

Feel free to let mention what other days work, but if you have a preference, mention it. Those who have a preference will be tallied, and those who don’t will be told what day we’re having it on.
Maybe that will get some clarity. If not, I’ll go sulk at danceswithcats until he makes the arrangements for us, since he’s so good at wrangling the MADopers.
ETA: HazelNutCoffee, I think Sarahfeena couldn’t make Saturdays. But that might have just been a preference. Not sure.

My husband travels, so we usually try to keep Saturdays clear, so my preference is Friday. But we can make an exception for Saturday if it works better for more people.
I’m available all of those dates except Feb 1.

Oooh, ooh, Saturday the 2nd would be way cool. I just found out today, I was committed for the 1st. Work thing. Well, playing with folks from work actually.
We’re having people over to the house on the 3rd, but I can do the 2nd better.
I could do Saturday Feb 2. Or any Saturday.
I’m just throwing this out there: what about lunch on Saturday or early evening? (for those who have lives–not me–and might want to go out with spouses/significant others etc on Sat. night).
Dinnertime would be better for me…I need my husband to watch the kids, and he is working on our home remodel on weekend days. If I go out on a Saturday, he would really prefer the evening. (I keep him really busy!)
I can do Saturday the 2nd in the later afternoon or evening, but not during the day - I’ve got class until 3:30 at Truman (which is right in the neighborhood, so I could be there right after.)

Of course, we haven’t heard from Millit the Frail since she said Fridays were good for her. I’d feel a little bad to plan a dopefest and leave the other transplant out.

Friday February 1st is fine and Saturday February 2nd sounds great to me, provided I’m able to see my shadow.
I should be able to be there on the 2nd, as far as I know. Earlier is a little better (as in, early evening, maybe?), but I’m there regardless.

Well, if people want an early evening, we could congregate at my house 4pm-ish and hang out for a bit before heading out to dinner. I have some board games we can play. I might run out of chairs, but some of y’all can sit on the cats or something.
