As noted, you only got a big nothing-burger. The article omited in the headline that they were only retired or former agents that were not involved in the investigation. Not hard to get what the hack reporter wanted, a very underwhelming report.

Saying it’s OK because everyone does it is the same argument people are using to defend Trump’s comments, and it’s no more acceptable to defend Hillary that way than it is to defend him.
In my state it would probably (weaseling because there are specific elements that must be met) be criminal sexual contact which is a 4th degree crime. So yes a felony. If there was penetration during the grab it would rise to sexual assault which is more serious.

You make four assertions about Clinton in the OP; that’s she’s
- a liar
- a POS
- a felon
- who belongs in Jail
Per the article, there are so far as I can tell, no claims that Clinton lied, and no claims that Clinton is a felon. There is a claim that she belongs in jail; this is from one ex-FBI agent, which, fair enough, that’s his opinion, but that also relies on the current FBI director and the agents who worked on this case performing their work poorly, either deliberately or accidentally. As an outside observer, I can’t see any particular reason to take one side over another.
POS is a personal definition, and not really subject to study, but, oddly enough, the article doesn’t actually make a claim like that, either. The opprobrium seems firmly focused on the FBI director and the other agents involved with the situation, including requests that the agents concerned be questioned under oath.
So, per the article, one of your claims is backed up; an ex-FBI agent claims that Clinton should be in jail. You seem to have done poorly.
And, as an side, the headline seems factually wrong, per the contents; no current FBI agents are quoted about wanting to “revolt”. It’s purely ex-FBI personnel, who, being ex, don’t really have anything to “revolt” against. A big lie in a headline is poor writing, to say the least.
