I assume that the name change was granted by the mods. I originally registered here as “Beeblebrox”, used it for awhile and then got sick of it. I e-mailed TubaDiva and she changed it to what I use now. I bet ivn1188 did something similar.
A name change isn’t the same thing as a sock.
His registry date is from 2008, though. And a search back could tell if he had a name change – quotes would show his old user name.
