I’m genuinely impressed by the ambitious direction they’re attempting. They could have wimped out and invented some bullshit contrivance to restore everything to normal (or, I suppose, what passes for normal) but they went ahead and dropped the metaphorical bomb. Good on them. I’m excited to see if they can actually pull off their brave new world. I gotta say, though, Major’s repeated switching from one team to the other is starting to get a little comical. He’s starting to cheapen the whole thing much like Sam and Dean cheapen the idea of death on Supernatural – it’s not a condition of any significance, it’s a lifestyle choice! I would think Ravi would be able to make some kind of useful discovery about how the zombie virus works by studying the physiology of someone who has gone through what Major has.
