I am proud of where I work and not afraid to tell people.
^^^ I am not afraid to tell people either. I’ve done it before. I cook breakfast at my local McDonald’s and I love it because I get the work day started pretty much there. I start as early as 4 AM EST since that is my time zone. What I love about coming in so early is that you get done early and then you have the rest of the day to yourself.

P.S. So what is Payment Express Systems? I’ve never heard of that because I’ve never seen one in my area.
I’m self-employed but I don’t actually do anything and my boss pays me anyway (sucker!!!).
Except that “God works in mysterious ways” is actually a decent argument, or it would be if it weren’t usually used as a superficial platitude by well-meaning idiots.
Consider, to the best of your ability, what a timeless, omniscient, omnipotent being must be like. Now consider by comparison the extremely limited perspective and powers we frail mortals have. How could we hope to comprehend what God is up to? At best we can hope that God has the big picture in mind, and all our ephermal sufferings (however horrific) serve a greater purpose in the long run. Perhaps those that suffer most in life receive the greatest rewards in the afterlife, whatever they may be. Maybe one’s suffering relieves greater suffering by others. Maybe this is the best of all possible worlds. We have no way of seeing the Grand Plan, if such there be, and so we’re left to trust that God knows what he’s doing. Such is faith.
If the Bible is anything to go by, however, you can be sure that whatever the Plan is, things are going to be pretty miserable here on Earth and moreso for His chosen ones. God never promised anyone an easy ride.
Well, as a Baker he probably has gingerbread men.

Again, why did you think anyone would care? It was an extremely random, pointless thing to say, and you were grabbing for attention off another posters comment, which had nothing to do with you. Which seems to be a pattern with you, someone could be talking about puppies and you would post that your mom’s bother’s grandpa’s friend lost a puppy to a drunk driver just so we know something else about your life we didn’t care about. You don’t even try to remotely stay on topic and are constantly turning threads you participate in into all about you. What is up with that? Are you really that self absorbed, because if you are you need to stop, it’s boring and nobody likes people like that.
