I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me make cookie recipes such a wonderful use of our time. It’s nice when folks can come together with a united cause of happiness in baking.
And here’s a bit to help your mojo in the kitchen: Remember, it may have been no bed of roses, no pleasure cruise, but… 
Don’t knock 'em 'til you try 'em! They are pretty good. And I don’t even like jujubes as they are.
How about Smarties instead? The Canadian ones, which are milk chocolate and a candy shell. I bet that variation would be good.

My mom makes a chocolate pie in which she mixes either M&Ms or broken up Twix. I like the Twix version better, but the M&M is pretty good too.

Are they just jujube flavored, or are there actual jujubes floating around in there? I don’t mind the flavor, it’s the nasty sticky rubbery texture and that would only be exacerbated by being refrigerated.

Fair enough. I’m not sure it proves we are nuttier than she is… I think it depends on how long one interacts with her and what kind of response we expect. The amazing thing to me is that she has continued to respond to this thread… I haven’t been back to the thread myself since I posted the note you quoted, and that was over 10 pages ago (I think). I’m amazed, and I’m also a bit saddened… She seems like a really strange and delusional person. Picking on her is like picking on a mentally retarded person; there is no fun or sport in that. I know I said I’d go and sign up as J.O.S.H., but that was meant as a joke. I mean, who really has the time? She can go to every site on the web for all I care. I think she’s obsessed. I, however, am not. I can’t speak for everyone in this thread, but I don’t think anyone else falls into the level of obsession she is demonstrating. I guess it could be an act, but she has some serious stamina if it’s just an act. Most people would have let it go 5 pages in.
This is her biggest mistake. She is using God’s name in blessing folks that are hammering her. She is not being sincere, and she knows it. She probably means it about James, but not about the rest of the people she uses it on. I’m sure she will come in here, tell me I’m wrong, and bless me and James, too. But she doesn’t mean it. She’s just trying to get under everyone’s skin. It’s amazing what the ignore button can do for ones blood pressure. She doesn’t make a blip on my radar any longer. So, as long as TPTB feel she is within the rules of this board, fine. I’ll never know it one way or the other unless an announcement about her is made in ATMB. And that is good enough for me.
