Assuming the boob job is fake for the show’s sake. I’m with Creed on that one.
OTOH, Meredith may be past her prime, looks-wise, but a guy gets to an age where fun and easy trumps hot, slutty, but inaccessible because she’s tied herself to a dork like Michael. I think that age is eighteen but it should come earlier. That realization would prevent many teen suicides.

IMO, Creed looks good, it’s just his creepiness that makes him unappealing.
As for the women I’d rank Pam way above Karen, but maybe that’s a personality thing. Pam could be really hot if she ever had cause to dress up, not sure if that would ever happen on the show though. And Jan is def. in the top three. Angela would come in fourth, Kelly fifth, and the rest, well, they’re so blah it doesn’t really matter.
