They were two of a set of 19 children born at the same time, all identical. Each day of their appearance on Jeopardy?, they would send two of them to the studio, one to pretending to be the one on the stage and one pretending to be the one in the audience. In a few years, another one will qualify to be a contestant and will announce that they are actually one of a set of triplets.
“Yeah, we forget we were triplets instead of twins…”
He topped it tonight with “It took a little time but you got there” (the correct response was “Viagra”). Hilarity ensued in our household.
In something Jeopardy!-adjacent, I see Wheel has found the old ceramic dalmatian and put it front and center of their holiday set decoration. I guess no one ever claimed it. Vanna ever read a children’s book about it, how it only comes to life on Christmas.
That was excellent. The $99 ceramic Dalmatian that everyone had to buy is definitely a humorous child memory. But that couldn’t have been the original, it was made of wood, not ceramic:
Ah, Vanna and Ryan were arguing about that.
She said she had an original one at home that she would check, and Ryan replied “Did you steal it?”
