I had a lot of fun at the last Jersey Dopefest, and I wish I could make it to this one. I’m leaving town on June 16, though, and I won’t be back for a couple of months.

Will there be a need to grill any vegetarian foods? I plan to do the grilling on only one grill and we have in the past put a piece of tinfoil over the grill for cooking the Veggy Burgers.

I am shopping for a new grill starting today, so I should have two grills for the Dopefest and then the old one will retire to the curb.
I’ll clean up the old one thoroughly to be the vegetarian grill.

I got myself a nice Weber Genesis EP310 grill with roughly 66% extra grilling area than I had and it works great so far.
It’s officially written in on the refrigerator calendar.
Of course, since we’re trying to sell the house and realtors can bring prospective buyers through at any time, I opted to write it in as “Jim’s BBQ” rather than “Dopefest”.
This sounds like a very smart move.
It’s looking like my presense will be probable.

If I want to ensure popularity, I’ll bring your son another jar of chocolate dip. I’m assuming he was buzzing around on a sugar rush for a week or so after the last dopefest?
It is hard to tell. He runs around manic half the time anyway. We named him Kevin, but I think it should have been Calvin.
