Since J.D.'s is sooooooo far south, this one shall be moved north, into LoDo. Currently, it’s looking like a Sing Sing kind of night. Pre Sing Sing, who knows? Drinks at the Wynkoop?

Only Hecubus qualifies as a true Straight Dope legend. I’m more of a chat whore. I’m looking foward to being in Denver, though. They don’t have the largest dopefests, but I’m pretty sure they have the highest alcohol-to-Doper ratio. What more can you really ask for in a Dopefest?
I’ll be there if I can swing getting the night off from work.

I’d love to be there, but it’s looking like I’ll be working that night. Try and remember to give this a bump near the end of August in case my schedule changes.
Yup, We’ll be out of town that weekend, too. Going up to the mountains. Gonna immerse outselves in the outdoor life. Dang.

Joey Hemlock made a stop on his world tour in of all places, Minnesota.
Joey had some business in Brainerd, MN, where he met up with Ad Noctum.
He then ventuted south to St. Cloud where he hooked up with chique on friday night. Then today, chique took him to the Benton County fair where they met up with Spider Woman and I.
So attention dopers, be on the look out for Mr Hemlock, he may just show up in your town, when you least expect it.
Well, although it was tongue in cheek, it appears that my first post was actually accurate.
We have decided that since our son’s birthday falls on Labor Day weekend, we are going to drive to Kansas to spend his day with Steve’s family.
I’m sad. You have to come back to Denver another time. 
Don’t forget that the CSU-CU game is that day. You may have some trouble finding a good spot anywhere near LoDo unless you get there at 9 a.m.
Damn, Sn-man and family will be heading for the hills. Still a dopefest virgin.
