I see no reason to believe that he does. Julien Blanc obviously enjoys sexually assaulting women. The video included in the article linked to by the OP shows him boasting about assaulting women on the streets of Tokyo as well as actually doing this, and he describes the experience as “the happiest I’ve ever been”. I don’t care to re-watch the video, but I don’t remember that he even claimed that any of the women he attacked agreed to have sex with him.
If he did make that claim, well, it’s literally this creep’s job to claim that he’s had sex with a lot of women. That doesn’t mean it’s true.

It means it worked for him and her. Not that it will work in general, nor that it’s a good thing to do. What I meant was this… he has this “career.” In it, he apparently uses videos of himself to convince other would-be PUAs to give him money so that they can get women, presumably to sleep with them. So, my question was, how does that work in the context of the actual seminars? Douchebag A shows video of sexual assaults to Douchebags B - Z. Says, “Do this! And bitches be ridin’ yo dicks for years, yo!” The clueless among them (okay, all of them) surely ask, “But dawg, I get what yer doin’ here, but where comes the beddin’ in?” And then he’d have to proceed to tell them how it’s supposed to work, with his “techniques” as an example. Because truly, these guys ain’t coming to him on tricks for taking the church secretary home to mama for lunch. It’s about sex and I’m assuming, even the stupidest is going to want to understand how those videos allow for their end game.

I assume his seminars do not consist entirely of anecdotes about how much he enjoyed assaulting women on the streets of Tokyo. IIRC he does not even claim in the video that it was his “pick-up artist” skills that allowed him to get away with assaulting Japanese women, or that women in other places would tolerate being grabbed by a stranger on the street and having their heads shoved against his crotch. Instead he said something about how white men can do whatever they want to women in Tokyo.
As Spice Weasel said, this was presumably not intended to be the big secret the audience was paying money to learn but was just supposed to be an “amusing” story illustrating how awesome Julien Blanc’s life is and what fun a man can have when he stops caring about consent.
