Junk food you crave

Full-fat Cheddar Cheese Chex Mix. That new-fangled 30% less fat crap has no peanuts! They added crackers that taste like Goldfish, but are shaped like triangles.

Also, my favorite combo from college: Andy Capp’s Hot Fries and Sunkist Orange soda (from a can).

If there is a New York Fries near you, check and see if they offer poutine. The ones here (Western Canada) do, when no one else seems to. Being a chain and all, they may have the same menu. Their poutine is actually quite authentic (they use real cheese curds, and decent gravy - Now I want some!)

Do Deli-Style Rye Triscuits’s count as junk food? Yum! “Not for nibblers” indeed.
And poutine - maybe Florida is too far from Canada. Here in Washington, I’ve gravy-and-cheesed fries for a number of Canadians. The poutine I’ve prepared proably isn’t especially authentic, though, because I’m of course limited by the gravy and cheese available in whichever restaurant I’m working.

They make CARAMEL KISSES now?! Damn it all to hell, Weight Watchers and I wish I didn’t know that.

Hershey’s Symphony bars with toffee chips and almonds. Yum. Toblerone or those chocolate orange-shaped thingies. Also yum. But the ultimate choco-heaven for me is the Cadbury Fruit and Nut Bar, industrial-sized, please. Ben & Jerry’s ice cream will keep me happy in a pinch too.

For salty-crunchy snacks, I like Cheetos, Cool Ranch Doritos, and the chips ‘n’ queso from Chacho’s, the local drive-thru Mexican restaurant down the street.

Can you tell I’ve been off the junk food and into healthier snacks (also good, I’m not really complaining) recently?

Pop-tarts. “Fruit” filled - no icing.

Snickers

Mounds Bars

Reese Cups

Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Baskin Robins is the only ice cream parlor around I know that sells the stuff, and it seems every one in Austin has packed up and left :frowning:

Cadburry cream eggs are my biggest weakness. Man, I love those things…solidified sugar in chocolate. What could be better?

I just wanted to say that I bought those Zebra Cakes today, and they are as good as I remember them being. Twenty-five percent of your daily fat in one serving, sure, but dammit, I like 'em.

I’m picky. I crave: Cheetos. The crunchy kind, not the puffy kind. Hershey Bars with Almonds. The plain bore me. Frozen Snickers. Not the ice cream ones, just the candy, frozen. Tapioca pudding. Made from scratch, not in a plastic tub. The good tapioca. Ooooh, yeah.
