It’s been awhile since the movie “Rainman” was out, but I was wondering what K-Marts reaction was to the statement in the movie that “K-Mart Sucks.” I never heard anything about it. Has anyone else?

They were going to sue for libel but then they found out someone making a factual statement is protected against it.
