So, Kanye was so upset that Beck won Album of the Year, that he decided (again) to take the stage - although this time, he managed stopped before interrupting Beck. Instead, after the awards show he showed his irritation:

I’d say he acts very entitled.
He doesn’t make much sense, does he? I hate Beck’s music. I think it’s just awful. But it’s much more like art than what Beyonce does. Beyonce is slickly produced pop, with songs mostly written by professional songwriters. The day that someone like Beck gives up his award to a commercial pop star is the day Kanye West learns to keep his own counsel.

I missed that moment of the show last night but caught it on the news (NEWS! Kanye acts like a douche again!) and it was presented as if Kanye was spoofing his own bad behavior a la infamous Taylor Swift incident. My first thought was, hey maybe he’s grown up some and is showing he has a sense of humor about himself. Then I thought, even if that’s the case, *must *he *always *grab attention for himself?
Now that I read what he said, the douchiness is immeasurable.
Can’t Beyonce fight her own battles by now?
Even worse is his explanation for why he didn’t do it again, but only started to: for the sake of his wife and kid! Not, “You know, I realized that I was about to do something stupid and stopped myself”. So that means if he was still unmarried, he probably would have gone through with it!
I can’t hate him though. Some people just aren’t wired like the rest of us, but don’t meet and clinical definition of insanity. By all accounts he’s a cool guy, just… odd.
We have it on good authority that he’s a jackass.
I look forward to Kanye not playing with them any more. Is there a way to remove yourself from nominations? He and Beyoncé can remove themselves and not show up. It will be much more pleasant for everyone else.
He does seem to have a rather unhealthy obsession with Beyonce. Perhaps his wife, not to mention Jay-Z, ought to have a talk with him.

I shouldn’t have assumed that when Kanye West said “We” that he was speaking for him and Beyoncé with Beyonce’s knowledge and approval.
From most accounts a nice enough but weirdly wired guy. I’m sure he thought it was funny or provocative or something.
Last time he dragged Beyonce into his shenanigans she somewhat elegantly and swiftly reversed his idiocy with a show of class.
Not seeing how she can get the stank of Kanye off her this time!

I’m still not understanding how Beyonce has Kanye’s stink on her. She did nothing except make an album Kanye likes.
This is what I assumed after the Taylor Swift incident – he had a crush on Beyonce and was making a big public display of it. Now it’s most certainly true.
What video was he talking about that was “flawless?”
Maybe she should give him a good, hard public, for-the-record, explicit “not cool, man; give it up you’re creeping us out” at his repeated using her name in his attempt to take the spotlight away from the winner.
What next? In the middle of some interview blurt out “the Academy does not care about Beyoncé”??
I don’t think he was trying to be funny or provocative, I think he genuinely thought that Beyoncé should have won, and instead of just disagreeing like a normal person, he stormed the stage. He was quoted “Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé, and at this point, we tired of it.”

I would love it if Kanye were my stylist. Some of KK’s outfits, particularly the coats, are insanely beautiful. She’s overblown, but the colors and material are gorgeous.
He’s batshit crazy, but he can shop for me anytime he wants.
The most disturbing part of this is that it means that Kim Kardashian’s existence in the universe has now had some positive effect, no matter how small.
