It’s not UNcommon, but it’s not particularly common, either, from my experiences. Let me clarify:
You have to identify which groups of women you are talking about. For a woman who is disinterested or finds anal sex painful, anal/vaginal DP is not going to be a fantasy component for her at all in most circumstances. Where the numbers start to go up dramatically (and VERY dramatically) is in swingers’ circles, where the women are typically VERY uninhibited, love anal sex, or both.
