So do you like guys with long hair or not?
No, not really, anymore. Guys in the age range I like (40-60) look really pretty silly with long hair…the ponytail thing is a bit pathetic, especially with the bald head. Give me a clean cut, professional grown-up look any time. Scruffy long hair is definitely not attractive…so could someone please tell the guy I work with this bit of information?

I definitely prefer short hair. Even if there is an attractive guy with long hair, I always think he’d look better with short hair. I don’t think the grungy guitarist look ever really caught on with me.

nice, long, nicely cared for (and in good condition) hair can look lovely. but i still prefer hair that’s down to the jawbone or shorter.
Never got into the long hair on dudes, even when it was still “fashionable”.
But then, I don’t really like it on chicks, either.
I think the best hair on guys is no hair. A few years ago I was into long hair, but it has to be neat and cover the whole head.

It depends on the guy.
But if he’s going to have long hair, let it be “real” long hair, and not one of those wretched “Mullet” jobs, or the hideously lame “tail”. (Where a small whisp of long hair is allowed to grow in back, while the rest of the hair is cut short.)
Some guys look just fine with long hair. But, some guys look like they are too aware of their long hair (especially if it is long and thick) and that oozes vanity to me. And vanity is not an attractive feature.
I really dig a good head of hair, but only if it’s well taken care of. I have long since come to the conclusion that guys get all the best hair.
I don’t mind long hair at all, provided it’s well looked after - and provided the bloke wearing it can carry it off. Not everyone can.
I loved long hair on guys when I was younger, but now it does seem a bit “out”. Though when I watched “Interview with the Vampire” on TV a few weeks ago, I couldn’t help noticing how Brad Pitt and Antonio Banderas looked incredibly hot with their long locks!!
When I was younger, long hair was way hot on a man to me. Not dead-head style stringy hair, just longer-ish–maybe shoulder length.
Now, eh. I still like it on some, but many older men just look silly with it. But not all! 
I agree, it depends on the guy. Grungy hair is definitely bad. I do, however, tend to go for guys with long hair. Dunno, maybe I’ll grow out of it… but I hope not, because my S.O is very attached to his hair. I do know one 55 year old guy who’s slightly bald and STILL looks good with a ponytail. Kind of a Gandalf/Aragorn cross.
I also think most, but not all women look better with long hair…

My boyfriend has longer hair than me. I have shoulder length hair. He has hair down to his mid-back. I think every strand of it is sexy too. Just the way it falls, and how he’ll move it out of his face…
uhm yeah. Long hair is definately sexy. Unless you have a mullet or are bald on top with long hair in the back. UGH!

Short hair is good and long hair is good, but those in-between styles are awful! Please don’t wear your hair like Adam Rich on Eight is Enough. Personally, I absolutely HATE blocked hair styles. Taper, please.
Nope, I don’t care for long hair on guys. Well, I take that back, sorta. If the hair is truly beautiful and well cared for…it just makes me WANT to have his hair.
But, interestingly, I don’t mind the bald look. Like on Bruce Willis. MMMmmmm…Bruce…
When I say long I mean to the mid-back or around the tuchus region. I’m not talking about mullets.
