I just whatched a story the other day about how a twenty something YO woman accused her father of molestation. But an OB-Gyn exam was able to comfirm she was a virgin. 
There are many ways to molest someone without having vaginal intercourse.
An vaginal exam can confirm that a woman IS a virgin, but absent semen or evidence of childbirth, it can’t confirm that she’s NOT.
I don’t get the virgin fetish. If I’m going to pay anyone $3M for anything, it’s going to be because they have exceptional skills and experience, not none.
That’s because people who fetishize virginity don’t see virgins as women. They see them as undamaged goods.

I agree with everyone here who says that sex with virgins is crap, there’s no way I’d pay for the privilege of having thoroughly sub-standard sex.

If her hymen is intact and her accused rapist was of normal proportions (that is, he’s not abnormally thin of penis), she is a vaginal virgin. No good way to tell if she’s been anally raped in the past, and a vaginal virgin might not know the difference - I’ve known a depressing number of people who didn’t know that women have multiple orifices south of the border, and many of them have been women.
Many things other than a penis can break a hymen, so the absense of a hymen does not tell you anything about the virginity of the woman, but the presence of a hymen is a good indicator that she’s virginal, especially if it’s one of those hymens without a large hole.
I’ve heard of women (some may have been on the Dope) who had hymens when they had sex for the first time, and for another two or three encounters afterwards, even with penetration. I believe their experiences were painful, and bloody when they finally got rid of the thing. Not sure about their partners’ sizes, but several of the women had been told they had unusually thick hymens (and even had offers to clip them from their gynos).
At those prices, she’d better not be!
Those would be the hymens with large holes and/or partners with thin penises, in which case the penis could fit through like a tampon can for most of us. Fairly uncommon, but possible, which I why I won’t vouch for the unknown doctor’s statement completely.
Ya know, this happens from time to time in Thailand. A young girl fresh off the farm will come to the Big City and think she can sell her virginity for big bucks in the bars. What invariably happens is she ends up disappointed, because there are so many experienced and skilled pros and part-time freelancers around that no one is really interested in an inexperienced farm girl.
I can’t see how this isn’t running afoul of a number of laws regarding prostitution, crossing state lines to engage in prostitution, advertising prostitution, etc.
There ain’t no way that a woman who looks like that can be a virgin. It’s just flat-out impossible.
