Lateral Thinking Puzzles - third time is best!

Was the selfie published in a magazine/newspaper/book?

Did someone in the photo object to its use? Like, was it leaked when it maybe shouldn’t have been?

Is there just one person in the selfie?

Was it a selfie of an animal?

a macaque specifically

Was the case over copyright issues?

Naruto v David Slater I had to look that up but the previous 3 questions was based on my memory of the case.

And solved - it was over whether copyright applies to a selfie taken by a monkey.

So in one Sunday Nancy comic strip Nancy and Sluggo are walking along and see a “Help Wanted --Raking” sign. They go in and meet up with a smiling kid who hands to both the rakes they will need for the job. But the rakes are somewhat unusual. The rakes have the normal long handles and the normal prongs at the bottom, but every ten inches or so up each rake handle is a small seven or eight inch crossbar, with each rake having four such crossbars. “I wonder why the rakes have these strange crossbars?” Sluggo wonders in the second to last panel. The last panel then shows why. So why?

So children of various heights can use them, the crossbars serving as extra handles?

So multiple children can pull each rake simultaneously?

Because the rakes will be needed to double as ladders, either to get at the raking job or to get out of wherever it is when done?

So the place hiring random rakers off the street can recognize their rakes if the rakers walk off with them?

So the rakes can also be used as supports to hang things from the rakes?

To measure how deep the pile of leaves is?

Are the rakes being used as ladders?

Do the crossbars allow the worker to perform some other task along with the raking?
