This one was just dangling below the diaper station in the men’s room.

Is the doll actually a container of some sort? I’ve seen some dolls with a zipper on the back, so they can hold small things like plastic bags or wipes.

bathroom ? Not grocery store specific. It could be, under certain conditions, any public restroom with a diaper station.

I guess if you use cloth diapers you need to secure them some way. I used disposable diapers that tape closed.
I do have a voodoo doll from a voodoo shop in New Orleans. I’ve never used it, though.

It would be Twilight Zone level craziness if it worked. I paid $5 extra to have a voodoo priestess bless the doll (she was cute).
