I’m excited and have been waiting for these two titles. I’m a fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender series and hearing how horrible it’s been, watching it with RiffTrax will be something horribly funny. I’ve also enjoyed the past two Twilight riffs and all the awful that was made tolerable.
Anybody else eagerly awaiting these or other titles?
I really enjoyed the Twilight rifftrax, but New Moon was so unbelievably painful to sit through, even with the commentary, that I’m wary of Eclipse. I probably will end up watching it, but only because I can be a hell of a masochist.
Now that I think about it, The Happening was just as excruciating as New Moon, which means I probably better get good and sloshed before attempting The Last Airbender.
Think our MST3Kers know anything about, or have ever seen, Avatar? It’d make their commentary so much better, IMO.
