Law & Order: SVU Drinking Game

Okay, so I’m old and behind the times. I just heard about this phenomenon. Pretty hilarious!

I was too lazy to read through all of them, but wanted to add (or maybe it’s already there): Every time someone justifies lying to protect someone by saying. “BUT S/HE’S MY <MOTHER, FATHER, SISTER, BROTHER, SON, DAUGHTER, COUSIN, AUNT, UNCLE, GRANDMOTHER, GRANDFATHER, ETC.>!!”

Also, every time Olivia gets an expression on her face like she’s smelling something really bad.

And every time Cragen says, “IN MY OFFICE!!”

And every time an ADA says, “Sorry, it’s not enough for a warrant!”

I’m probably missing out on lots of other pop culture things, too…

Eliot’s not on the show anymore, but that’s still probably not enough to prevent alcohol poisoning…

But he’s all over the reruns (marathons).

I like the show better now that he’s gone. There’s more of an ensemble feel. His hotheadedness was getting really tiresome.

The tea-totallers version of the game: take a drink anytime any of the characters smile.

Has anyone ever survived this game?

GET A BUS!

Munch spouts something about Gov’t conspiracies.

This is one of those, ‘That show is still on?’ shows.

It’s the only Law & Order that’s left! All the others have been cancelled.

Finish your drink if somebody gets shot/stabbed at the precinct or courthouse.

Hee. This is what came to mind just from reading the thread title!
Every time Tamarie Tunie mentions “ligature marks”.

Drink every time anyone says, “We got nothin’!”

And every time Olivia says in the most dire, devastating, abandon-all-hope situations, “It’s okay. It will be okay.”

…or petechiae

Every time Olivia says, “I’M FINE!” when she’s clearly not fine.

Any time anyone uses the expression “I’m just doing my job,” or “Do your job” or the like.

Drink every time Fin talks a non-white criminal/witness/victim into spilling their guts.

Or “I promise you, we will get this guy”.

drink every time they change ADAs

drink whenever someone says “cut em loose”

drink whenever there’s a shooting on the front steps of the courthouse

drink whenever there’s a famous guest star

drink whenever there’s a former guest star that comes back as a different character
