Well, folks, the next two semesters, I’ll be back on a full course load, including three credits each of General Relativity, from a professor who’s been known to assign forty hours of homework a week.
I think you can see what I’m saying here.
With a full course load, I will no longer have time to fulfill the duties of a moderator on this board. This Sunday, the 19th, will be my last day on the job. I do intend to continue posting in all my old haunts, if not necessarily quite as much, and whenever I have a relatively easy week, I’ll crank out a Staff Report or two, so I won’t be a stranger.
Tuba, Lynn, and all, it’s been great working with you.
N-n-n-no! That means that Manny and Jill will have a free run of the place, without Chronos’ level-headed presence! You all know what this means, right? Right?!?
Chronos - All the very best for the coming next two semesters, damn! it sounds tough. I wish you well and thanks for doing a fine job of work while you could. Cheers.
Chronos: As someone to whom physics has always been mysterious, I valued your posts: I knew I would be getting lucid explanations and clear examples. Not that they ever made much of a dent in my mountain of ignorance, but that was my fault, and you were always in there trying.
Psst, Anth, I’m Dan. David is, well, David. But the thought is appreciated all the same.
Well, OK, I suppose it’s debateable whether physics is life, but something’s sure as heck summoning me. I think that it’s an hourglass-shaped pentacle (figure that one out, geometers!). And I’m a nerd, not a geek!
Just to reiterate: You’re not losing me completely, just the title under my name. I’ll still be answering physics questions.
