I couldn’t find this in the stickys…if I want to link to an older thread in a response, how do I code it? Please be gentle, I’m not a computer guy.

Let’s say I’m composing a post and I want to include a link to some other thread. In order to get the actual url into my reply, what I usually do is open a second window, find the thread I want to link to, then copy the url in the Address window in the browser, the paste it into my reply in the first window, then surround it with the url tags.
