Upon being, er, inspired by all the “who would you boink?” threads and seeing how SMDB discussions on slash have been amiable, I decided to toss this topic out.
MineFujiko’s list, in no particular order:

Garak/Bashir - love the emotional tension between the innocent young doctor and the cynical, world-weary (galaxy weary?) ex-spy.
O’Brien/Bashir - a little more difficult to manage, since Miles is married, but can be fun.
Actually, one of my favorite storylines is Garak and O’Brien fighting over Bashir; I’ve done some of my best stuff based on this.
Sisko/Bashir - I wrote a nice little series where the two were lost and trying to survive in 21st-century San Francisco.
LOTR
Frodo/Sam - I’ve just started exploring my pervy hobbit fancies since Xmas and, oddly enough, it’s the class issues between these two that interest me most.

From Houshin Engi (NA Soul Hunter,) my current obsession… Taikoubou/Fugen, Taikoubou/Bukichi, Taikoubou/Outenkun (yes, Taikoubou gets around,) Bunchuu/Hiko, Unchuushi/Doutoku/Taiitsu, Shinkouhyou/Taikoubou, and Fukki with everyone on the planet. (I’ve written about five of these pairings.)
The ones I’ve written pair up Aragorn and Legolas. I believe the A/L pairing is the most popular over at the Library of Moria collection of slash LOTR fics.
There was a fabulous one written by a fellow who paired up Goofus and Gallant from Highlights magazine, but it’s NC-17, so I won’t post the link here.

I had forgotten Jr./Gaignun (Xenosaga), myself. Virtually all the fansites I’ve seen have Gaignun as the seme, even though Jr. is the older and more aggressive of the two. (Why is it that I think Jr./MOMO is kind of sick and weird, yet I’m perfectly willing to accept J/G even though Jr. is physically twelve years old and, as the game beats over over the head with, really really really hot for wimmen?)
