There’s a horse on the Another Chance for Horses website that I think would be great for PapSett. But it’s not the right time, and the horse is in PA, headed for the slaughter house. Paint Hopefully he’ll find a home in time. These rescues work miracles.

Aw… There’s a young woman in with Aniya at Bowman, picking her stall, and she paused to pat the mare’s butt, then drape her arm over it and give Aniya a kiss on the croup.
Now she’;s scratching Aniya’s head and neck.
ETA: Now hugging the mare’s head, kissing her face, and out of the stall.
I get a kick out of watching the human/horse interactions.
I tried to look at that link but got an error telling me I was ‘forbidden’… which is just as well, because it IS the wrong time for me. sigh
I have had a totally crappy day all around. The exact kind of day I wwould have loved to have had a horse to go wrap my arms around and smooch a velvety muzzle and inhale hay breath.
Maybe someday.

Pacific Pintos beachballs still holding it in.
Elements: That cat is now exploring the large stall. Both stalls are open for the girls to go out into the confined area around the barn. Jadzia’s out; Misti’s hanging inside. Cam 2 is shifting between her stall and the outside.
Centaur: Both stalls are empty; presumably the girls are turned out. Cam is jumping between the two stalls; still sucks.
Silver Creek: CeCe still patiently waits.
Bowman: Aniya is still foalless and is not out sunbathing.
Witt’s: Dream stands dreaming of someday delivering.

Check out the Mandy and Barry cam – at the moment, it would appear that it has somehow been knocked out of position (can’t imagine by whom) and is now pointing straight down the post it’s mounted on.
I’m debating whether to call and alert them, or leave it be for the giggle factor.

It’s not the first time he’s messed with the camera - there are comments about it on the MareStare forum. He’s quite a handful, it seems.
Interesting: Reading the Mare Stare thread, it appears that Mandy’s people are struggling to resolve computer virus problems and not doing so well. Makes me glad I called and told them about it, and extra glad I haven’t tried to click into their site again.
I’m pleased to say that the horse I liked for PapSett has been saved. Jetas Star Dusty was bailed out by a rescue. He had until 4:00 this afternoon before he was headed to Canada. Look at 4-13-16. I don’t know why this horse was so important for me to see safe, but I’m glad he’s okay.
I got a new broadband modem and the cams seem to be working for me.
Oh, and the wild bunny my dog brought in yesterday? I let him go this afternoon because he seemed big enough to fend for himself. I took hm across the creek in a clear area in the woods after closing the dogs up in the house, and as soon as he started running, one of my cats jumped out of the woods and caught him. :eek: I yelled at the cat and he dropped the bunny, and hopefully he didn’t catch him later.

I noticedd Mandy & Barry’s cam this morning too… I really have a feeling little Barry is a total handful!
