Howdy Y’all! We deheathenated, had a McN.O.L., and then achieved nappage. I made fried chikin strips, smashed N.O.T. ‘n gravy, lima beans and bizkits for sup. YUM! I also cleaned some collard greens for Tuesday’s sup. Tomorrow is men’s night over to the church house, so steaks are marinatin’ and beer is chillin’. I also hauled the biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can all the way down to the road for pickup tomorrow. I say quite the full day. 
Been windy and cold all day. Cold tomorrow and then a warm up. After that cold again and another warm up. January cannot make up its mind!

I had leftover enchiladas for supper. Burrrrrrp! I’m almost finished with the studio project, so’s I’ll work some more.
I betcha they don’t pick it up on MLK day, but if you hadn’t hauled it down, they would have.
It’s already Monday morning on this side of the pond.
My son’s soccer team had a bbq yesterday. I developed more social anxiety a while back and attending something like that would have been impossible. So, progress.
Since not very many of the fathers speak English. It’s nice have to have smart phones.
Our guys only take two days off in the entire year, Christmas and New Years.
I need to collect up our garbage and get it out by the road in a few minutes
My city put a notice out on FB that trash will be picked up as usual.
Which is a good thing since we didn’t put the recycling out last week as the can was less than half full.
It is a cold and windy 18 feels like 0 degrees outside. Adam cat has been out for an hour and we can’t get him to come in.
Ripple wants no part of staying outside, he does what he needs to do, and comes right back in.
Times like this I am very thankful for indoor plumbing. Could you imagine having to run to the outhouse in this weather? I guess that is what chamber pots were for.
Cat is in, finally.
At least he has a good thick coat on him.
It’s 24° and *VERY *windy!! I’m glad our furnace, pellet stove and electric blanket all work! I think I shall haul myself back and tuck myself in for the night.
Stay warm all of youse. We are getting to 57 which for us is cold. I know there is no comparison.
Sleepy but need to shower as it will be too chilly in the AM. We had grilled brats for dinner. Very unimaginative but will get us by until the next one. Hubby had my car detailed today. What a guy. See you all in the next MMP.

Our guys take a vacation for several days. Everyone. They all go on a trip or something.
In Taiwan, the truck goes around a you take take garbage out to them. Lots of people are standing around at collection time.
Out walking today and it was just plain HOT. Sunny too. Still 83 degrees at 5:07pm.
I told my son to take the trash out while it was still daylight and in the 30s.
Now he’s taking it out into a dark cold 14 feels like -4 degrees outside.
Brrrrrr!
THere’s a total Lunar Eclipse tonight, but the temperature outside is 21F, so I am debating if I’m going out to even see if sky is clear. Just watched six hours of tackleball (first time this season I’ve watched that much, so of course the two teams I was rooting for lost.
Outside of that and dinner, been a quite afternoon.

We got 1.88" of water today, and the windchill will be at -15 by sunrise. Now whatever snow didn’t melt has become hard as rocks, and untreated surfaces are friction-less.
