Looking to identify a 90s cartoon

All I can remember about it is that it had cars made of vines and plant matter with circular saws attached to scorpion tails on the back as a weapon, and these vehicles were summoned by a magic ring. Can’t remember anything else abouyt the heroes, or the villains, or the premise. Maybe the villains used mechanical technology?

Was on British TV in the early to mid 90s, I think. Don’t know where or when it was made.

Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, almost no doubt.

Funny that this is actually exactly the opposite of Wheeled Warriors - the good guys had regular mechanical machines and the villains had twisted plant-based mechs.

Looking at a clip on youtube, yes, it was that. I suppose I just preferred the villains.
