Well…another philosopher like John Locke?
I have no idea.

Kazimir effect?
I don’t know squat about kernels of atoms.
I’m a lawyer (happy graduation to me!) not a physicist.
When Locke and Hugo both say
that they have to lie to protect the others, I bet that means everyone else, or some people are still alive.
And WTF does Miles mean when he says
that nasty English bitch worked so hard to get back here?
And Jeremy Bentham WTF?
It can’t be the same Jeremy Bentham in the coffin. That Jeremy Bentham’s body is on display at University College London.
My first thought is
She is Annie?
Gah!
All redshirts in the scarab! All redshirts in the scarab!
Goodbye, Daniel.
Could anyone hear what Sawyer whispered to Kate? I turned it up as loud as I could but I could not make it out. Did close captioning show it?
Please tell me Jin had time to jump off the boat? Please!
When Hurley and Sayid were talking before Sayid busted Hurley out of the looney bin, Hurley said, “Why are you calling him Jeremy Bentham–?” Makes me think that Jeremy Bentham is a nom de guerre of John Locke. That was my original theory at the end of last season, that it was Locke in that coffin. But who knows? We’ll have to wait an ungodly amount of time to find out.
sawyer must have told Kate to look after his daughter when she got back.
Please tell me Jin not only got off the boat but managed to swim back to the Island faster than a helicopter could fly before the Island disappeared. Please?
Sawyer told Kate to give Aaron the middle name of the third -gry word.
Octagon Global Recruiting?
Damn, I was right about Locke! And that depresses the hell out of me because he looked so happy when Linus told him that he was in charge of the island once Linus left. Locke’s my favorite character. Maybe if they bring his body back to the island, he will resurrect. Hey, it could happen.
So, that sort of explains why Ben ended up in the desert with a winter coat on… I think.
Hey, it seemed to work for Christian Shepherd! Although, he doesn’t really seem to be all that corporeal.
I was suspecting the body was Benjamin since I didn’t think Locke could get off the island/would still be paralyzed off the island but as soon as I saw Ben was alive I figured it had to be Locke. He took the pseudonym of another philosopher.
So we got some answers and a hell of a lot more questions. Like where’s Daniel?!
Penny and Des made me cry again.
I haven’t kept up on this and could not be more confused. Lock was on the island when it moved and he shows up later in a coffin?
I think Jin will survive and be picked up by Daniel in the raft, which will then be discovered by a freighter. At some point, Jin will reappear and Sun will agree to go back with him to the island.
“Something bad happened and it was Jack’s fault.”
Also, that explained who the other person Sun feels is responsible for Jin’s death.
Well, that was quite some evening of tv. My biggest question: Why do we have to wait til January?!! They give us such a great season, then we’ll lose momentum all over again. sigh.
Love, love, love the Desmond and Penny reunion. Just keep Ben away from Penny!
Love Sawyer’s big gesture, and his goodbye kiss. I think he and Juliet will be sharing quite a few bottles of Dharma-rum on the island. Looks like Miles got intrigued by the place - or did his special powers tell him that the freighter wasn’t such a great place to be. Glad Lapidus survived. Hope Daniel does…
one very last (for now) thing: that actress who plays Sun is all kinds of wonderful, isn’t she? What a great job she did.
Two questions:
In one episode I thought Jin had a “flash-forward” where he’s back home and he buys a giant stuffed toy for the baby Sun is having. Did I hallucinate that episode?
What was that episode where they discover some trinkets among polar bear bones in the desert excavation? Who was the woman there, and what was the meaning of it? I don’t remember when I saw that.
