Well, that’s unfortunate. I was rather hoping that we’d be able to confirm someone new as the Vigilante.
Unless you mean that the rules of the game required you to shoot on Night 1, no, you didn’t have to, and it would have been better if you hadn’t, especially if you were choosing your target randomly. But it’s done now, and hopefully this was a learning experience.
You are telling me, that my Claiming on day one didn’t cause a “If not Meeko then who” question on the scum board?

No. Why would I? And I have no idea what they were talking about on the scum board, nor what motivated whatever it was.
Chronos, thanks very much for the claim-list in #1213. Despite what Meeko says, I had simply lost track and wanted a head count.
Meeko, thank you for posting your role claim. I trust you have at least one more bullet; I have no pressing need to know how many shots you have left. In fact, I trust your discretion that the Scum would benefit more from knowing how many kills you have remaining than the Town would.
Other than that, all I can say is that I Phail. I can’t find Scum, I can’t find the Vigilante, I can’t find Town, I fail at failing.
In follow-up to Chronos in 1214 and Jimmy Chitwood in 1236, the other useful post on Day 1 was Meeko’s initial partial claim. Were I the Lie Detector, I would have checked Meeko’s claim over Chronos’s partial claim. I don’t see anything in the post-list in 1214 indicating that AllWalker directly said anything about Meeko.
So we have these Town claims:
- Meeko and storyteller have claimed Town power roles. For now, I think we can trust them.
- The Town non-power claims are: Chronos and me. (I thought there was another, but it’s not in the list in 1214.) These are weak claims and not inherently trustable (or untrustable). And I recognize this doesn’t help me defend my position from Meeko.

Have a reason, is what I’m saying. If you’re voting for somebody, vote for a reason. If you change your mind, change your mind for a reason.
Meeko, I do have a question about your power. Assuming you have enough bullets, can you shoot more than one person per night? If so, then you could, at some point, just shoot everyone that you don’t consider confirmed (provided you have enough bullets). In this case, Town would effectively win as soon as the number of unconfirmed folks is less than or equal to your number of bullets.

Chronos does have a point, though. When Meeko has as many bullets left as people he doesn’t consider absolutely Town, he can go shooting the rest.
I defer to Meeko’s judgment on when to start shooting.

And I already guessed that you couldn’t kill during the Day (Day-killing is rare, and besides the one kill you did make was at Night), but it’s not like you’re likely to be lynched toDay, so you could still do your killing after Nightfall.
