The way my role works, if someone is roleblocked, they’ll know they were blocked. They’ll only know they were protected if someone tried to kill them. Meaning that unless someone attempted to kill Shadow Facts, he wouldn’t have known that he was protected that night.
But he did know. Or the scum guessed.
So why? Did someone try to kill Shadow? Or did they guess correctly?
Ah; I was confused because initially you asked who prevented the kill, not who attempted it.
Presumably there’s no way he guessed and managed to post the correct PM. If that’s how your role works, then Meeko must have targeted him.
I thought it was the other way around: They’ll know they were protected, but the only indication they’ll have of the block will be a vague message telling them their power (whatever it was) failed. At least, that’s what your PM said:

NETA: But if you had interpreted it the other way around, then suddenly the posts you made just before Dawn actually make sense now. I was wondering why you thought it significant that Shadow knew he’d been protected.
All I know, is that I have not targeted Shadow this game.
- Every Night, you may protect one person. They will receive a PM indicating that when they awoke the next Day, they felt “vague sense of protection”
- However, because you are paranoid, every person you protect will also be role blocked, losing their Night Action(if they have one). If their power was attempted, they will receive a vague PM indicating that their power failed for some reason.
Do you mind explaining this again? There is confusion here, and once that is cleared up, it will be better for Town.

Turns out the hotel has free internet, so I’ll check in a few times through the weekend, but don’t expect too much substantive posting. Sorry I haven’t been more fun, but I don’t post just for shits and giggles or to get my numbers up. I post when I have something to say.
I had, inadvertently, reversed them in my mind. Thus, I had thought that Shadow must have been attacked, since he felt healed.
I’m not sure how best to put this, but this is at best a mischaracterization of my play style.
It is worth pointing out that it takes a bit of extrapolation to read USCDiver’s post as directly concerning yourself. I didn’t read that as any sort of a characterization of your play style.
I’m the type of person where I work better with things that are blunt.
I assume that USCD read the “20% of the posts, do you want a cookie” and Mahaloth’s interjection that, despite good intentions, my posting activity is tit for tat with Crimson.

Chronos, I still can’t read you. Even with what you say Allwalker says about you. If you roleblock me, well, I wouldn’t be surprised. If you want to find the “pesky role blocker” you might want to look in the mirror first.
