That’s so awful. Since Lynn has never lived too far from me, I always hoped I could meet her some day. Sadly, I’ll never have the pleasure now. She was a very formidable lady and one of my first introductions to the board. She’ll be missed.

Such a loss. This is so sad. I can’t adopt a kitty in her memory just now but I know what the next one will be named. We’ll miss you, Lynn.
I never had reason to directly exchange words with Lynn, but it was always obvious she was one of the pillars of stabilty in our community, and that her personality shaped the board in many ways. We’ll miss her in ways we can’t anticipate. All my sympathy to those who knew her personally.

She offered to take me out for a meal years ago after some life/drama/bullshit and I didn’t take her up on it. Now, of course, I’m regretting it, since it means I never got to meet her IRL.

I am so sorry to hear of her loss. I can only say again what others have said better: she was kind to me. She was a valued presence here. I liked her. I don’t want her to be gone.
