My guess it was a pretty hopeless situation: he was seen at the murder scene, after all. I guess this would be the right moment to disclose my “clue”:

CLUE: James Moriarty, the Scum Godfather, cannot perform the Scum Kill unless he is the last Scum player alive.

I only disclose it now to give information to Town (I wasn’t sure if maybe we’d be able to get a missed kill if the Godfather attempted a kill without knowing this). However, it seems to have been a false clue.

My first thought was, uh-oh, another false clue from scum, trying to look townie. But on second look, I am inclined to believe this one. Surely if Diggit were scum, he would have posted this clue yesterday rather than today.
