I think that Scum have done an excellent job of hiding their tracks this game. Nothing stands out clearly in the vote record; Scum passed up opportunities to protect teammates.

The four I find most suspicious right now are (in very rough order of suspicion):

Yes, I know that voting all the Scum candidates has the same effect as voting none of them. I will find time to re-review votes, posts and cases, but wanted to express my present sentiments.

I believe he’s using the rule of thumb that 25% of the total number of participants are scum. Myself, I prefer the square root of the total as a guesstimate, but to each their own.

I do think with the sheer number of vanilla players we’ve found, 6 seems less likely to me now than 5 but it’s always better to err on the side of caution.

If there are 2 scummers and we mislynch today, Day 7 will be LYLO. If there’s one scummer then Day 8 is LYLO. If there’s one scummer, I expect the scum’s one off will definitely be recruitment.

It’s 5.5, and I always round up. That way, if the game ends one scum before I expected, I can be pleasantly surprised.

My guess is we were down to 1 Scum after the ModKills, but that Scum may be able to recruit another. I’m going to rescind my illegal vote and a bad vote to focus on Astral and Inner Stickler, especially Stickler.

Stickler’s voting his two competing two Lynch candidates – after strongly criticising last-minute tie-making votes in previous Days, was especially Scummy. Also he’s not helped in our Scum Lynches, though his continued votes of Pizza helped Scum. But most importantly, the theory that Scum don’t talk about each other points very strongly: Our dead Scum never mentioned Stickler (except for Pleo’s brief mention in #594), and Stickler almost never mentioned them. (If my search is correct, he never mentioned TexCat while she was alive. His only mention of Chronos was a brief unargued vote after Daphne’s implied reveal – although he later voted Pizza for joining the Chronos wagon late.)

I’m so confident that I’ll unvote my #2 candidate.
