Yeah. Except my running theory right now says Omi No Kami is scum, so I’m up in the air. I feel so tense about this game, because I think it’s ours to win but we can easily choke it away.

I’m pretty relaxed myself as we have a ton of confirmed or nearly confirmed town members and have forced the scum to go after each other to prove their townliness. Why do you think Omi No Kami is scum? I can understand Pleo giving a Scotsman the secret power, since the Scotsman really doesn’t have anything else to do. I can also understand a Scotsman delaying his use of the power, given little immediate risk of death. What has you suspicious?
Um, yeah. Since I am not cabal, I have a couple of alternate explinations.
I’m a bit curious about that myself. If Zsofia came up as a Scotsman I could understand the suspicion, but since she wasn’t confirmed during the Dawn post I’m assuming something got screwed up during the night.

I thought the Cabal blocked Cookies and either Cookies was the vamp or there is no vamp.

What I know: I was blocked.
What I don’t know: Who blocked me, be it the Cabal or someone else.
I will need to hear from Koldanar before making a decision about whether or not a mass block is a possibility. Assuming NAF is a Magician, without a kill passing through him, I think he would be blind to a mass-block. The same holds true for the claimed Scotsmans. If there was a mass block, I don’t think they would perceive it, they would just know that they were not targeted for a kill.
Any scummy killing roles are not going to be doing the town any favors by stepping up to say that their kills were indeed blocked.
Anyone jumping to any conclusions without first hearing from Koldanar is also not doing the town any favors, imho.
Fair enough. I was stupid when I said that I can’t protect myself and use my power at the same time, since that’s the big thing I wanted to conceal from scum. In any event, my power was described in the initial PM as follows:

Basically nothing, that’s a doctor claim. One shot, but still.
Functionally I figure so, yea. I only get to successfully self-protect once, which is why I wanted Zsofia to be tested first: if she comes back as Scotsman, I’d have to agree that testing me would be the next logical step, but if we’d tested me first, I would’ve lost my protection and any ability to protect others.
Can you share your protections from previous days?

My first reaction is to believe the claim. I already kind of believed it anyway, but there has been enough unexplained lack of death that a doctor at work is a distinct possibility.
I’d like to think somehow Gary Larson might come across this post…I can’t imagine it’d do anything other than make him smile.
