In other news, do I believe special ed bussed yet another scum? He placed a fifth vote on Millit, when there were practically no runner ups at that point. Well, he had two votes, but that mean voting for himself ;).
Mhaye made a case for special ed when he was to hang and Millit did as well. However, Millits case was much earlier and a follow up from the one started by MHaye.
Since JSexton had already some heat that Day, it’s not unlikely for scum preparing a second lynch (besides amrussell). So for now:

Looking at brewha next: his vote. unvote and revote of Millit does look really suspicious. As Rapier mentioned, the rest of is voting record is suspect as well. He voted Hal Day Five, Nanook (together with Millit) Day Six, amrussell Day Seven (but restored his vote too late).

Well, yeah I am sure of one thing it’s told us… it means that if one or both of Brewha or Natlaw aren’t scum, then ya’ll are going to be stuck looking for a scum player that bussed at least two of his buddies.

We do know for sure JSexton (vote 6) and Millit (vote 9) voted macey (and MHaye indicated he would have done the same if not for the board outage).
So I modified your analysis by removing possible scum-on-scum votes and re-ordered based on suspicion:

  • Removed Millit vote, who was 4-2 close to Dusk when brewha revoted
    Reasons Rapier42 Is Not Scum: None.
  • JSexton had already voted macey when you did.
    Reasons special ed Is Not Scum: Has helped lynch macey and JSexton
  • Removed the Day Six MHaye vote, it would have been close if MHaye or JSexton had voted to protect - but they didn’t. The Millit vote was the fifth.
    Reasons Nanook Is Not Scum: Helped lynch Mhaye and Millet.
  • How credible is the MHaye vote? Nanook voted Hal Day Five, placed 4th or 5th vote on MHaye Night Five. Day Six that turned into a second vote due to unvotes. Millit voted Nanook Day Six.
    Reasons Natlaw Is Not Scum: Voted JSexton Day 6 and Day 7.
  • Changed wording to be same as you did for amrussell

So why you above me: I think my JSexton vote is more credible then your macey vote. Why do I place brewha above you? Because his votes do seem to help scum more, though if I look at your record the no votes (partly due to vacation Day Five/Six) does leave a gap:

The problem I have with your analysis, Natlaw, is that it’s subjective… you’re removing votes that you feel have the potential to be by-scum-for-scum, but where is your threshold? Move that threshold and you’ll get a far different picture.

Yeah, it is subjective - my threshold was when voting for the runner up would not have changed the outcome (your macey vote and the late Millit votes) and votes made for MHaye Day Six.
Maybe the phrasing ‘Reasons X Is Not Scum’ is confusing. I took it as ‘votes town would make, but scum most likely would not’.

Since Zeriel missed votes the first four Days and isn’t posting a lot, I double checked whether his MHaye voted should place him that low on my list or not. His vote is about MHaye missing his promised analysis and the slip about Hal, pointing out it was not forgotten public knowledge and mentioning it again Night Five. Day Six he only makes short posts that he doesn’t trust MHaye.
So he didn’t try to stop MHaye’s lynch D5, which scum JSexton did. I think JSexton was not alone though, so most likely a scum in the other unknown Hal voters (brewha, Nanook, Natlaw and special ed, but I known for sure I’m town).

This one stands out because of special ed quote, not Zeriel and since he never responded to it, I’ll ask again what he meant by it:
-Cookies never described her abilities (unless you think her mostly dead killer story was the little white lie). The role PM she posted certainly didn’t contain (movie) Ash-like powers.
-Should I read the second sentence as: ‘Movie Ash-like without the movie Ash powers’ (as I did here calling them imaginary due to the color) or is it a slip ‘Evil Ash-like without the Evil Ash powers’?

What I meant was, she appeared to be Ash, and acted like Ash, but didn’t have the impact we would expect from Ash. I would expect Ash to be able to actually have a boomstick, not a tree branch. so, yeah, I’m referring to the movie. Is evil Ash the guy who leads the Army in the 3rd movie? or is it one of those little Ash like things because weren’t there more than 1 of those?
