All right, I just sent pizza a pm asking what actions he specifically took. If you’re nice to me, I’l tell you his response, if I ever get one.
Do you have any idea how much work and how long it would take me to get over to the thief class? Everyone’s time would be better served by finding someone who’s still alive and was a rogue to ask.
ATPG said he designs his game not to be solvable via spreadsheet. Some people like to prove the mod wrong. Me, I rarely solve them by spreadsheet even when the mod doesn’t actively attempt to foil that. shrug diff’rent strokes.
Thanks!
I really don’t think you have the time. I’m fairly confident we’re at LyLo, based on the heavy hinting Pizza was doing in the Day’s color.
I’m not trying to solve the game by spreadsheet. I’m trying to solve you. I’m having trouble understanding your disinterest in your predecessor’s actions.
Stop having fun, dammit! We’re fighting!
You keep calling it things like disinterest, which is completely strange to me as I’m about the most curious person I know. But I also spend very little time on things I don’t think will satiate my curiosity. ATPG didn’t seem like he’d be forthcoming with more information so I didn’t bother pursuing what looks like a dead end. What RT was sending to other people did look like it could pan out, so I investigated. This is not to say that I don’t care about his actions, and once the game was over, it would have been one of the top questions I asked along with who decided to kill the first version of me and why.
♪How do you solve a problem like Inner Stickler? How do you catch a cloud and pin it down?♫ Good luck on that front. I’ve been trying to figure myself out for years. If you manage it, please let me know.
Y’know, there’s a current thread in Cafe Society about why m/m slash fiction is enjoyed by women. Perhaps this belongs in there?
I don’t know what else to call it.
Okay, I understand this. I still don’t get why you said you were going to PM pizza, and then chose not to, and then got angry when questioned about it.

hate to burst your bubble, but I wasn’t neutral at the time of your accusation; I gained a neutral win-con afterwards based on my actions, not the other way around.
Aren’t you dead? Shush. This is spoiled information.
I dunno, Inner – I think it’s almost mandatory that pizzaguy should give you this information. You are, for the purposes of this game, RealityTrip. It’s only fair not to force you into such a role tabula rasa – you deserve to know what your previous incarnation was up to.
GODDAMIT IT STAY DEAD.
Now I know why undertakers sew corpses’ mouths shut.
Agreed - you should know not only what actions were performed, but the result of them.
By the way, since we’re likely at LyLo, would anyone want to claim the Mosier resurrection?
But we know who did it – it was Phere (or his mastermind), right? At least that’s how I read the color in #1758:
(Sorry, got rid of all the fonts and colors and styles, oy veh!)
Compare this with your own resurrection mere seconds later:
The Zombied One involved Phere, the other… not so much.
Or have others been reading it a different way?
I know we disagree about this, but Phere can’t be performing actions on his own. I’m still certain he’s a color representation of player actions. Askthepizzaguy, per the rules, is not a participant.
I know that, I’m saying that whoever has control of Phere is obviously the one who rose Zombie Mosier, considering Phere did the chanting, Phere did all the acting here (yes, yes, controlled by his puppetmaster, but it was the Demon Lord, e.g., the person playing the Biggest Baddest Scum).
And Evil septimus’s remarkable candor aside, I can’t see the said Big Bad Scum player being nice enough to raise his or her hand and say “oh yeah, that one’s mine. Oh crap, I didn’t just admit to controling Phere, did I?”
We know from the color we’re at LyLo. This adds up if there are TWO Scum left. We want to Lynch the one who controls the Triple Vote.
This post catches the eye:
Would Tanaer write this if he were the MASTER ? Perhaps yes, as WIFOM.
But “Why don’t you give us a hint” reminds us that Pizza has been giving hints – lots of them. He has been very forthcoming in his PM responses to me. He knows he’s constructed a difficult game, and has probably given good hints. I’m afraid I’ve not decoded them, unfortunately.
The difference in death reveals may be important:
What to make of this? Does it clear Astral? Or implicate him? One thing I notice is that Astral “seemed” to be ordinary and we were “forced” to conclude.
Pizza used similar words when Glee Version 1 died, but wrote “She was truly a Good Adventurer” upon the death of Glee Version 2.
(BTW, am I the only one who wants to direct Attacks physical and magical against whoever programmed SDMB search? I wanted to test a theory about these death reveals, but learned only that
)
Despite uncertainty, the circumstantial evidence is strong:
[ul][li] Astral claims to have been offered a change to Neutral Morality without warning of win-con change. AFAIK, this is unique.[/li][li] Astral acknowledges that he ignores accusations of dishonesty not accompanied with specific questions directed at him. Presumably he hopes the accusations pass unnoticed.[/li][li] In Day 2, the Scum who controls Lord Phere’s triple-vote voted for Guiri but was surprised when this was revealed before EOD. As cover, he then voted Astral, though there was little or no bandwagon on Astral at the time. When a wagon did develop on Astral, the triple-vote was removed. I think the Scum Master knew he could Die and be Resurrected, but perhaps there’s a limit. Perhaps only a single Resurrection is allowed.[/li][li] The “seemed … forced to conclude” Death reveal is interesting. Did this occur with anyone other than Astral and Glee Version 1?[/li][li] Astral has been quite active throughout the Game.[/li][/ul]
I’ll not be surprised if Tanaer and Astral are the two Scum. I don’t know which controls the Triple-Vote but I will “make a statement.”
Vote: Astral Rejection
Who has the special object which controls Lord Phere? I think we should all publicly reveal what our object(s) are. Let’s start with you two, Astral and Tanaer.
I just recalled something. Astral did NOT start with the special object: it would have been revealed when he was Lynched. (I’d already figured this out, but managed to forget it. :smack: I’m visiting doctor tomorrow; perhaps I should ask him about Early Alzheimer’s.)
Unvote: Astral Rejection
We should vote for the Master (possibly/probably partnered with Astral) who possesses the triple-vote. My best guess is Tanaer but I try to keep an open mind. I hope other Players can apply better logic or intuition.
One thing is clear: We must unify behind a single Lynch candidate, or triple-voter will step up and claim victory.
For the life of me, I have no idea how this is evidence of my scummyness.
My resurrection (color-wise) matches Guiri’s and Gadarene’s. Does this change your theory about my resurrection?
