Ha! That is hilarious, and now I do remember that. It was a bit of luck that you accused me of attacking somebody after having allegedly blocked me, but I turned out to be the roleblocker myself. See, this game can be fun instead of high blood pressure-inducing!

I see some merit in the case on ** Bob ** but will do my own research .
in order to change/ upgrade some players have to become neutral ( or good). if ** Bob ** started out chaotic (or neutral) the ’ good deed’ protecting ** Glee ** might have been a step in that direction.

I didn’t want to say why I protected Glee because doing so will expose my Elemental alignment. I’m not at all sure what the Elemental alignment means, but I was trying to avoid giving away that piece of information until I knew more about it. However, since it seems to be such a huge freaking deal to everyone, I’ll just say it.

I am a Townie with an Elemental alignment of Water. I have a blue item. Since Glee had a blue item, I inferred that he and I were of the same alignment. I protected him on D1 because I thought that he and I had an affinity through our Elemental alignment. I also wanted to see what using my Guard ability did.

I still don’t know what the Elemental alignment means. I was (probably naively) assuming that birds of a feather have the same Elemental alignment. That is, if I am Water and Town and I find another Water person, then that person is also Town. I am basically interpreting the Elemental alignment as a sort-of Masonry.

Exposing my Elemental alignment now opens me up to an Elemental-type attack.

To show that I’m not pulling this out of a nether orifice, in post #179 I mentioned “Water” twice. Also, in post #647, I also alluded to my Elemental alignment when I said, “What’re you getting at?”

I’m sure I have made a lot of newbie-type assumptions regarding the Elemental alignment, but this is my first DnD style game I have ever played, so I’m not sure how it all works.

This is a very good, detailed lie, if it is one. It rings true to me.

I forgot to post the URL of the website that we launched last week. It is a fundraising site for the US Olympic Team, where you can buy a stitch for the flag the athletes are going to carry into the stadium in London, and then you can dedicate your stitch. It was launched last Tuesday on the Today Show, as part of the world-wide 100-Days-To-Go celebration.

It was definitely one of the biggest things with which I have ever been involved professionally.

for the leveling up w/o contributiing for the last few Days. It’s the best I’ve got at this quick read through, i’ll need to spend more time reading up again over the last Day, but I’m in no shape to really contribute my usual self.

I’ve been trying to catch up, and I apologize for not focusing on this game. There were other more pressing matters for me- namely other obligations and the fact that I’ve got 2 rough weeks ahead of me. I’ll be lighter in my boots than usual for finals/wrapping up school and then on Vacation and w/ spotty internet connections for the next week as well. So hopefully around May 7-8th, If i’m still around, you’ll see me back in my usual form.

That said, great to see you storyteller. ::
And to the powers that be, I love ZombieMosier, just because i love post restrictions and general silliness. Should i die, I would LOVE To be resurrected as a Zombie.
That said, I don’t trust Zombies, and feel like we’ve got a Necromancer now finally in our ranks. Hopefully a “Townie” necro, but to me, it does feel like the obvious “3rd Party Mad Bomber” win condition- create an army of Zombies and take out the Town. So I’m not against Visorslash’s ideas to kill zombies, though I’m more inclined to wait and see if we start to get a zombie problem and to see what happens at night. If we get 4-5 zombies, we may need to thin the herd. but 1-2 or I’m content with right now to just poke with sticks.

That said, I’m still pro-killing Hughley. Missed me, buddy? Sorry I can’t entertain you as much as I used to, but I’m sure you’ll manage. How’s the nuticle fund coming along?

Also, Astral, good to have you back- even though Morality=/= alignment. The fact that you’re not a zombie/raised by the lorde phred is a +1 to ya, but of course means nothing.

I am actually curious if the zombies can vote even. Care to try, Mose? If they can’t, then I’m more inclined to think MadBomber type of role… And also feel like in D&D Canon, white magic hurts the undead, while dark magic probably heals them.
Just some food for thoughts for the more magically minded out there.

Hopefully we can get some more info coming down the pipeline though.

What took you an entire game Day? You said something earlier about being unfamiliar with the system; does that mean that it was *possible *for you to vote, but you were unable due to some technical issues?

Or was there some game-related reason that forced you to remain silent?

Or are you prohibited from telling us?

Fubbles can tell us what the items do for a fee, that’s why it’s thought that he could be 3rd party.

for those not paying attention you’ll note that I shut down the inspect-for-cash business pages ago. if you want an item inspected, I’m willing to do so - but you’ll have to barter some type of service in exchange.

Why is it not good? On the face of it, it seems fairly innocuous; it seems unlikely that, whatever the zombies are, they will end the game in the next Day. It’s at least vaguely possible that the zombies might be of positive value. Why do you view a “wait and see” attitude as worthy of a vote?
