It may be interesting to see how many of these continue to vote for bandwagons of people who prove to be Town.

I wondered because so many voters have jumped so quickly on bandwagons (yes, including myself except for D3) all three Days. See Inner Stickler’s Post 151 toDay for confirmation.
When I find someone scummy I tend to stick with that feeling until something changes my mind. I did not jump on any bandwagon. I found Toejam suspicious on N1. I backed off of ToeJam when he claimed, but still found him suspicious. Sue me. As for Idle I thought it was better to vote him off the island than have him mod killed, so sue me again.

At the time these two posts appeared to me to be a soft claim by Angel that she was in the cult and had investigated the Prof. and found him to be a cult member too. Then Angel turned up dead and VT. I didn’t originally twig to the contradiction between her reveal and my prior assumptions about them until I went back and reread.

Given my feelings about the Lutha: Leave them alone and let scum sort them out. I have been giving the Prof. a buy, but not anymore. Especially after his driveby smear of my voting record. I did not join a townie bandwagon three days in a row. I was one of the first to voice my suspicions of ToeJam Night Zero, and voted him for three days straight. I unvoted him when he claimed although I thought his reasoning for his actions was extremely questionable. And yes I voted for Idle during his melt down. I was on the verge of resigning from the game at that point.

Boozahol, you almost had me with that line about getting lynched being the only true Town “tell” in this game. Almost.

As an aside, we have a one-eyed little dog named Minnie. She’s kind of funny but very inquisitive, always looking at me as if trying to figure out what I am saying. There was at one time an ice cream store next to my job called “Maggie Moo’s.” For whatever reason I started calling the dog “Minnie Moo.” After a time she just became “Moo.” That nickname sort of morphed over time to be “Moozy,” and then later still to “The Moozer.”

Over the last couple of weeks she has become “Moozerhol” or “Moozerhol Squid.” Just wanted you to know you have had an effect on the **Biotop **household.

Not at all. I was confused because when you moved your vote I read it as you had your count wrong. So when you said you didn’t think it would cause a problem I was confused. I read your vote post a few more times and realized that what you said about only needing one more for the double lynch showed you didn’t understand the potential ramifications.

Like I said, it worked out great. I’m not suspicious of you for it just got confused by your explanation.

We used to spend about 25% of the year there and planned to move to Maui. Then grandbabies happened so we will probably spend the next several years doting on them and then reconsider. Still go there frequently just not as much.

It looks like Pleonast investigated Thing Fish on Night 1. In Pleonast’s first Day 2 post (121), he says “I missed something when I first read this”, the supposed PIS, and votes Thing Fish.

Night 2 looks like he investigated Prof. Pepperwinkle. Pleonast starts Day 3 with another vote on Thing Fish. Later (345) he finds an reason to vote Prof. Pepperwinkle, then in 602 he unvotes and votes Prof. Pepperwinkle again.

Who did he investigate Night 3? On Day 4 he votes Prof. Pepperwinkle. Second on his list was Boozahol Squid.

It looks like Pleonast investigated Thing Fish on Night 1. In Pleonast’s first Day 2 post (121), he says “I missed something when I first read this”, the supposed PIS, and votes Thing Fish.

Night 2 looks like he investigated Prof. Pepperwinkle. Pleonast starts Day 3 with another vote on Thing Fish. Later (345) he finds an reason to vote Prof. Pepperwinkle, then in 602 he unvotes and votes Prof. Pepperwinkle again.

Who did he investigate Night 3? On Day 4 he votes Prof. Pepperwinkle. Second on his list was Boozahol Squid.

I’m convinced the Pleo had results on Prof P and was trying to make it obvious on review. In Post #142 above, he unvotes Prof in order to vote for Prof. I thought it was odd at the time, like he had already forgotten who he voted or he unvoted just to add me to his list of suspects, but now I think it was him ensuring his message would get across.

What? Asking for a little patience is an extraordinary request? I wanted to see how Biotop reacted to the accusation. That doesn’t preclude you from chiming in later. But by jumping in before Biotop had a chance to react, you mess up any chance of learning more about Biotop. Is that really so difficult to understand?

Are you telling me you have never held back your thoughts to wait for the discussed person to make a statement? If not, you really ought to start. That’s pretty basic strategy in my opinion.

And it’s not a shitty case. Don’t blame your misplay on the quality of the case at hand. (1) It isn’t a shitty case. (2) Even if it were, getting an answer from Biotop would have been worthwhile. Is applying pressure just to see what happens out of fashion now?

I assert that the alignment that makes the most sense for Biotop to have behaved the way he did is mafia. That it doesn’t make full sense isn’t the point. The behavior makes least sense for a Wolfy Biotop or Townie Biotop. The behavior indicates that Biotop is more likely to Mafia. Is it proof? No. But that isn’t how we should expect these games to operate. Scum aren’t going to do overt “provably” scummy actions. We have to sift and examine smaller actions and piece together the probable scum from the less probable.
