Hal posted something early in the game, asking the mods about…whether scum could communicate on their own board, I think…that pinged me as trying too hard for a derpclear, but he hasn’t given us much to go on since then. I will have to find that once I’m caught up.

Family business took over most of the day (kids…they’re so damn needy with wanting food and parental attention, I tell you…), so I haven’t been able to read the thread.

BUT, I did spend quite a bit of time in the rules post and the roles post, and something odd has occurred to me*.

Do Mafia/Wolves have a standard nightkill? I see where the Godfather has a daykill and the Alpha Wolf has a nightkill, plus there are some roles with “target someone and if x happens then they die” nighttime actions, but do they have the standard nighttime “We choose to kill <that guy>” action?

I can’t imagine that they don’t, simply because those teams would be seriously nerfed if they lost their respective leaders, but I don’t see anything stating that they do.
*Holy crap, I hope this hasn’t already been pointed out and discussed/explained already.

This pinged me somewhat when he posted originally, but I wanted to see what else he posted to give it some context. Sadly, the answer is “not much else at all”.

Hal is on the mod chopping block, so no need to be on ours right now, but I want to register suspicions officially here.

I expect to move this by tomorrow to someone who’s not gearing up for modkill. Inner Stickler seems to be the crowd favorite at the moment, but I don’t really understand why. I feel like I’ve found myself agreeing with him at multiple points throughout this game, and haven’t gotten a scum vibe.
