I was skeptical of ToeJam’s big reveal at first, but it makes enough sense as a possibility that I’m not prepared to kill him toDay either. Like someone else stated, if he’s still around Day 5 or so? That may be a horse of a different color.
And really, this complicated scheme matches both what play I might expect of RoOshJam as Town, and what cover story I might expect from him as scum. The phrase “That’s just crazy enough to work!” comes to mind.

I recall a game on the dope where scum used towny trust/don’t trust lists to go after town. Because scum knew who was who to begin with. It was before I started playing, I saw it only on the reread. I think town lost because scums knew what buttons to push.

That’s how I read it to. If he is scum then were are finally starting to get things going, if he’s town, we need to rethink why we are failing so hard. You take this one comment out of my post that wasnt even about Toejam, and pose an entire counter argument that aligns with my thoughts on the matter. NETA I dont think, but would have to recheck, that he was around at the end of Day. Which is why some thought it odd that he was overly paranoid N2 and the beginning of toDay.

Didn’t your studies of lurking in the previous games lead you to conclude LTL was no better than an average guess? At least that’s the way I remember it from Giraffe.
